The Rigid Packaging market covers all adhesion activities required for the manufacture of packaging materials and for the bonding of final packaging. The manufacture of packaging materials includes paper processing, solid cardboard and corrugated fibreboard, as well as the production of paper tissues. After the packaging material (solid cardboard, corrugated fibreboard or cartonboard) has been manufactured, the material is further processed into semi-finished packaging products. After the cardboard has been printed and punched according to the requirements, the flat boxes are then glued so that they can be used as boxes, trays or displays.
